2+2 Program

What is a 2+2 Program?

The 2+2 Program is a deferred admission process in top American MBA schools, such as Harvard, Yale, and Stanford. Students in college or at full-time Masters programs are the ideal candidates for the programme. The 2+2 Program consists of four years of mixed work-placement and university education. It begins with two years of experiential learning through a professional placement in a variety of industries. Following the professional placement you start a two-year MBA programme you have applied to.

If you have a chance to extend your undergraduate study to a Masters, then you can apply in your Masters year for such a program. It’s an incredible way to kick-start your career.

2+2 students find work experience through licensed posts in the public, private, or non-profit sector.  Participants come from multiple educational disciplines, including STEM fields. Large companies search for candidates with management skills and logical thinking to improve their ranks. See more on the subject here, here and here.
